A friend of mine thought some of these may make good desktop backgrounds, so I though I would post them for you. I took these while we were breaking down my engine for the rebuild. The pics are huge, sorry!

The first 2 would make good desktops, but not the 3rd one. Actually, if I didn't already have a totally badass background, I'd put the first pic as my background.

Are you using a GT4 DFP Wheel? I got mine and found it hard to get used to but now its good. Getting my R33 V-Spec good for drifting...and ill get a USB stick. oh that G35 is BAD!!!

Is there a way to rewind the replay? Cause I always miss the backfire when I press select to go to photo mode. And is there another way to move pics over to a comp if I don't have a USB key thing?

Nope, no rewind on the replays, just press select back-to-back really fast to make it go frame by frame. As far as I know the USB stick is the only way to transfer it.

Yeah, I hate it! Didn't GT3 have it so you could rewind? I think is some ways it is better than GT4.

Edit: nvm, I found what it was, but how come it doesn't seem to change the pic? I took a picture at 22 and one at 1.4 and it came out the same.

i believe its how narrow the focus is
when you set it high(i think), the backround details are as sharp as the middle, and if you set it low(i think) most of the pic is fuzzy except just the middle focus area

Well I read up on it and it seems that it's a lense in the camera that lets the light threw, more or less light is caught my the camera. Like the pupil in your eye. So at night you want a higher aperture and in the day tme you want a lower one (or vice versa, i dunno) but it doesnt seem to change anything in GT4.

ok yeah at maximum the corners should be somewhat blackened. its kind of hard to tell but on a lighter pic you can see

lol, actually, it was a night pic, i guess thats why i didnt see a diff, my D1GP FC3S drifting a corner with a 2 foot flame coming out the tail pipe lol

Yeah, apature is how small or big the opening of the shutter is on the camera. So, this in turn effects how much is in focus. A big apature is 1.4 and a small one is 22. Its backwards, I know, but that is how it is. A good example is my pics at the start of this thread. The one of the cams is 1.4. That is why only part of the cam is in focus.

Is it possible to take picures in races against other cars? Or is it only in the picture mode that cost 3$?

Yea, you can do a multiple car shot, all you have to do is save the replay then go back to it and it'll be like the regular photo drive mode.
