Just Bought 95 Cleica Gt Problems!!help

I will make the story short and sweet and hopefully someone can give me some useful info.Bought a Cleica GT with 139,previous owner did all the engine work himself.Took the car last week to a local toyota and lexus independent shop i san diego beacause i had a few problems.
1.When the engine heats up and you come to a stop the idle bouces a bit and the oil light flickers on and off.
2.The front end had some suspension noise.
3.Timing belt was done incorrectly and needed replacing.
RESULTS AS OF 6-8-05.Did all the service on the engine and fixed the front end suspension problem.BUT the oil light is STILL coming on and now there is a NEW noise from the engine.Yesterday they said they would need to check the rod beerings to see if the crank had damage causing the new strange noise.I was told last night the beerings are fine and the noise now has 2 do with the valves.I am lost and needed some help!!What if any of this makes sense I have already paid the ship 1600 for the work that has been done.
