couldn't tell you exactly how on a '94. What I can tell you is that the surrounding trim will have to be removed (front?, back, sides) and after that you should be able to see how it is held in place.

Just stick some pins in it.

I was going to replace mine, but the board the fabric is glued to, is coming apart. The cheapest I could find a new board was 150 without the fabric on it. I decided it wasn't worth it.

I'm not 100% on this, but I think you just take off the dome light and the plastic trim peices. Just crawl in there you should be able to find it.

I tried pins but since I dont have A/C they just come out (ok so I have 275 A/C but thats why the pins come out)

Yeah, it's not a nice feeling to have your headliner teabag you. I have really short hair, like marine boot camp short when it first gets cut, and mine still touches me.

I think you can just get some spray adhesive and it should hold.

Heh, tried it. Worked for a little bit then gave out. Not to mention that it became sticky on the outside of the fabric as well. Mines slightly starting to sag, so that's why I tried to use the spray adhesive before it got any worse. Probably be best just to take it to the dealer and have them replace the whole thing. Friend had a Buick LeSabre doin the same thing and they didn't charge him that much at all.

the trim on any vehicle is held on by trim screws and retaining clips. Just make sure you have all of the screws out of the panels that you are removing and give them steady pulling pressure to remove them. It is easier to wiggle the panel and look for spots in the panel that looks reinforced ie; the panel tries to bend up to a certain point and where it isn't moving, that is where your retaining clips are. Just pull on them and they will pop off.
