OK I've got a B16A, if you coudn't tell by the name, and I've lightend the stock flywheel about 5 lbs, 1 lbs underdrive pulley, milled head, ajdustible cam gears(to set cams to stock after milling), AEM cold air intake, high flow cat, 2.5 inch exhast with greddy exhast tip. Whats the next thing I should really look into? I need to stay CA smog legal(AS FAR AS APPEARENCES :smokin: ). So do I go new intake manifold, throttle body and header or what?

cam will prolly give you the best gain, then header, dont get a TB until you get in the high HP numbers.

But with the new can wont I have to change the sprins and lost motion assembly?

no with some, some allow you to keep the factory springs and retainers.

I agree cams would be nice, one thing to note though that if you get ctr cams and up your rev limiter up to 9k you will get even more power out of them, ctr cams make power all the way up to 9k. But then you would have to upgrade springs and retainers for sure if you go that high,

ya, thats a mistake some people make when they get CTR or ITR cams and just because the cam makes power at 9k and above they think they can rev that high and wreck their head when the springs shatter...

yup, that is why if you do go that high you better get an upgrade on your springs and retainers
