Question about brakes

MVP: Year 2001 or 2002

Front rotors. How do these come off? Some cars build up a little rust and need to be tapped, but these seem to be on there pretty good. Any ideas?

I just changed the front rotors on a '00. There was little required to separate the rotors from the hubs. I applied a bit of grease to the mating surfaces to make it easier next time.
