speedometer bouncing on '03 I35

I have '03 infiniti i35, and ever since i got the car the speedometer is bouncing, mainly at low speed, gets better with higher speeds, i have replaced the speed sensor, but not much change, need help, please advice,,,

The sensor output signal level rises anloguously with speed. The higher the voltage, the easier it reaches destination through any resistance; here destination is the gauge. So seems like the wire is somewhere pinched or for some other reason theres bad connection...
Clean connectors, take gauge off and loose tighten gauge backside screwss (to get better connection.) I suppose its also easy to rewire.
Might be bad gauge winding; only replacement hlps in that case.
