How do I remove the heater core from my 78'MGB?

Here is a photo and text description on removal and replacement of a heater in a chrome bumper car. There are some notes near the end of the article pointing out differences on rubber bumper cars. It isn't one of the easier jobs to do on the MGB but the photos should help.
