Emergency Light Help!

I was just driving my 2004 RAV4 to work today and an emergency lgiht came on. It was one i've never seen before it's a exclamation mark with parenthesis around it, with a blue line underneath it? Anyone know what this light means?

No, not off the top of my head I don't but if you'll check your owners manual I'm sure it would tell you. Please let us know.
