Fluid specification table

Hopefully this should eliminate repeat question's about what kind of fluid's DSM's take. All information is taken from Mitchell1 on Demand, so it's as accurate as it gets. (This is a first post where I'm using the VB table code, hopefully it works, if not be patient, I'll figure it out)

I really can't make much sense of why it make 100 lines of nothing before showing the table, anyone??
