Now, listen to these sound clips...the first one is a launch, the second one is a drive by:

Now, I think the drive by sounded pretty freakin' good, not too loud or buzzy for me, but the rev, and launch was HORRIBLY nasty sounding. It was like gargled and kinda empty sounding. Now, I know it says "*PLEASE NOTE: Due to computer compression software,
sound files may sound slightly distorted or garbled. " at the bttom but I mean, surely its not that distorted and garbled...
So, does anyone know anyone that has this exhaust on their car? If so, does it really sounds that bad at an idle, and rev? I'm sure mods and such will have something to do with overall sound on individual cars, but I mean...still
Or does anyone have any other sound clips of any other catbacks?
Thanks lots guys.
EDIT: Oh, and does anyone know where I can get tailights like the ones in the video(s)? Thanks.

I thought it sounded good. I like mine a little deeper, but I liked that it wasn't obnoxiously loud. Thumbs up on sound :)

Yea the launch sucks in my opinion. I spent a fortune on a remus muffler and it was worth every penny, deep at launch and from 3k up it sounds like a race car. It is also not annoying at all from the inside.

But you have a turbo car....
EDIT: Oh, and where the hell did you buy your Remus cat-back? I could only find one site that gave a price and heres what it said, " Price: $93.48-953.66"....which is a HUGE range...
How much did yours cost?

I got it locally but you can get a universal one from eBay that sounds the same. My cousin has the same muffler on his n/a Civic, the sound is pretty much the same, his might even be better...
They don't have cat-backs I don't think, only axle backs so you would have to go to an exhaust shop to get a larger piping diameter. The larger, the better the sound.
BUT:
If you are really need a cat-back get an RS*R Exmag. It is probably one of the best exhausts I have ever heard... like an F1 race car. haha. The performance gains are also nice, much like the Greddy SP2.
