New...few questions

Hello everyone,
Goin to pick up an 87' supra turbo, only 45k miles, this Sat. Already has a bunch of upgrades, up to stage 4 or 5. Few questions before thinking about a electronic boost controller...also walbro fuel pump, intercooler and sway bars. Are arp bolts a must running 12-13psi? Whats a SAFC? What ECU should i look into? Owner said only problem is a funny idle, since it has been garaged for 2 years(heated), said it ran fine before. Don't know concrete sympthoms yet but what could be a likely possibility? Thanks.

wats the difference between the non-turbo(n/a) supra and the twin turbo(TT) supra besides that the non-turbo is a non-turbo.
