Is someone out there can diagnose my problem here, I've just put 4 new rubber made by Good Year "Evo Z" 245 50 16 with the alignement for sure and they've been balance twice in the same week. I had the annual inspection pass on it the next week and nothing wrong with the car apparently, But has soon has I hit over 80m/h with the car I can here a stange noise like RoarrRoarrrrRoarrr if you know what I mean. And under that speed no nothing. I've been told for the balancing that I have a rim that is not perfectly round and they did what they could to balance it the best but not perfectly so I can feel a vibration when I'm driving. My main concern now is the noise not the rim, I know I'll have to replace it one day... Thank's guys..

that rim is the source of the noise, they balanced it as good as possible... but it isnt perfect, so its gonna do that, you may develope flat spots on the tires if the arent mounted right, that makes noise, and that may have happened already. you can feel the vibration... so yeah thats probably the noise too. but since it isnt a real major problem thats why you cant hear it till your over 80mph.

Check the air pressure of all tires, verify that ALL lug nuts were hand tightened, then torqued up in a star pattern to factory specs... this can cause noise, and premature break rotor and pad wear!!!...
NO IMPACT WRENCHS..
Also it could very well be your rim.. I have had a car before with rims that made an awful noise at higher speeds, what had happened is the rim got hit and slightly deformed.. therefore made noise at higher speeds.
