just saw this weh i went to the site
http://www.theoldone.com/sc/zc-prototypes.html
http://www.theoldone.com/sc/jackson-upgrade.html
There are several component modifications that we developed which allowed the unit to propel a near stock D16 to mid twelve’s in the quarter mile with a non- stripped car.
the only bad thing i can think of is that you'd have to buy the JRSC and then send it there for modifying...about
$1,475.00 for T.O.O. to modify the JRSC
+$1,995.00 for D16a6 or ZC JRSC
$3,470.00 is your total...

There smoking Crack JRSC suck. Ask anybody that has had one. Not much gains, always working on the car (belt and pully repacement About every 4-5000 miles) And the #1 thing IT STILL NOT TURBO you will always make more power cheaper with turbo. Oh ya gas mileage with JRSC sucks also 16-19mpg. You make the call.

1. The gains are obviously decent since the article says you can get into the 12s with this setup.
2. Sure you have to maintain the parts, don't you do the same with a turbo?
3. Yes turbo is cheaper and a whole lot better option in my opinion.
4. Gas mileage sucks whenever you increase your horsepower because it takes more fuel and air to make more power. So turbo/supercharger both decrease your mpg.
$3470 is a lot to spend on a modified supercharger. With that much money you could piece together your own turbo kit, get high quality parts and upgrades, have some money to buy some dyno time and get it tuned properly, and you'd still have money left over to upgrade something else. Or you could upgrade the internals and then run out and get a turbo kit and you'd probably still have money left.

T.O.O has been talking about this setup for almost 10 years now. If this worked half as good as he says then why don't you see any of these around??? Do a search, there is alot of talk on other sites about this being BS :comprage1

1. Sure I can get my car to do 12s maybe even 11s with enough boost and keeping the tires down on the ground. But will the motor last hmmmm NO.
2. turbo maintain what? make sure the air cleaner is on cleaned and you change you oil regularly. THATS IT no belts to change and all the other BS.
3. Turbo better yes
4. Turbo I get 26-28 in town and have gotten 34mpg on freeway runs. If I push the turbo yes I get worse gas mileage like 20mpg but the JRSC you get that all the time.
