vaccum hose diagram

I have a 95 4.9 300 and it blew up I put a 4.9 out of a 88 and i'm not really sure if I connected the hoses back correctly. It ran fine for about two weeks and now it acts like it's starving for gas and has no power in high gears. I just replaced the fuel pump and it won't stay primed.
