Surging @ no load conditions...

I put a failing fuel pump in about 30K miles ago and lately it has been surging when I am cruising and let off the throttle around 2000 rpm's. Sometimes after I start it (hot) the idle will go up and down. I just checked the vacuum to the regulator and I have 15" at idle. I am going to replace the fuel filter and see what happens. I need a rigged up pressure gauge to see what kinda fuel pressure I have. Supposed to have 41-47 psi @ the fuel filter.

Any other suggestions? :sly:
