guys i have just purchased a 03 lancer oz rally and i know it doesnt have any power and the gear ratio sucks in it so what can i do to make it faster... i have a goal of just 250 to 300 hp... does anyone know what would be a good engine swap and a good trany swap...

Here is an idea...sell it, use the $$$ for a downpayment on an evo. You'll be in the 200-300 hp range stock.
