This is my new system i finished a few days ago. It was a bit on rather tight budget but it came out quite well.
Specs
DFI LANParty UT NF4 Ultra-D
3000+ Winnie core cooled by Zalman CPNS7000Cu
OCZ Gold PC3200 BH5 2*512MB 2-2-2-5 1T 2.8V @200MHz
EVGA 6600GT 128 MB
Seagate 80 GB Sata 150 8MB buffer NCQ (OS drive)
Maxtor 250GB IDE 16MB buffer (storage)
Antec TX1050B case
Antec SmartPower 500W ATX2.0
Dell 1905FP
btw guys i fully recomend the OCZ gold, its quite well priced and it runs on winbond BH5 chips;) It handles those timings like a champ, and with a bit more juice(which it can easily take) you can raise significantly the FSB and still keep the timings. Of course make sure your mobo lets you adjust the settings otherwise its runs very sedate at SPD
oh and i'm getting some sick sick stock (multiplier set at X9) temps. Yesterday i was getting even as low as 24C for a few seconds at polygon's lan party in windows at idle. The combination of the cpns7000 and artic silver 5 works like a dream. Of course the case its very well ventilated.

Nice, very nice. I see you didn't go for a discombobulator though, i cant possibly imagine why

geez did you not see the Fast and the Furious??? The underglow neons give extra power, this coupled with my Type R badge i have in the mail will oudo any discombobulator. No to mention that the model of flux capacitor I'm using is known to cause feedback loops in discombobulators.

How stable is it? Has it been stress tested since you overclocked? Have you pushed the RAM or the video card?

My 1 priority is stability. All the bios tinkering is imediatelly folowed by several cycles of memtest86. I did that even before windows was installed.
It runs 3dmark05 perfectly, not to mention all the games a threw at it. It Also ran perfectly as a server at polygons lan party. It had only 1 very small hitch caused by a driver. I was unable to reproduce the error since the rest of the times it just ran perfectly.
I have a few other stress tests that will be aplied like everest for memory. However they will have to wait for a few days since i need one more cable from antec. This mobo has 2 extra power inputs to make sure everything is very stable under all conditions. They are not really mandatory but after a chat with a DFI tech on their forum i decided to use them. Howevr I need 1 more cable since this a modular psu. So i'm holding off all the super stress tests till it comes.
FYI this DFI mobo is an absolute beauty, it will let you change everything and it even has a voltage booster, its all up to you what you want to change. IMO it is simply the best hardcore mobo out there. However due to all the extra options it is not noob friendly, the DFI forum is full of first-timers with huge issues.

Well since last time I posted i made a few updates to my system:
Switched case to a thermaltake armor, got a mx 1000 laser mouse and a saitek eclipse keyboard.
the case its a blast, its huge so i have tons of space for all my crap and for all the future junk i will trow at it. It can take an extended atx setup, btx interchangeable (if that ever catches), and its setup to take a water cooling system.
the mouse its faultless
and the backlit keayboard is perfect for typing at night. No more porn spelling errors (hint hint OZ;))
anyway to the pics:
