wanna put in a 180stat....is it hard to do? you need to flush the entire system right?....

and is it anything like brakes, where you need to "bleed" the system to remove air pockets?

A lot of us drain some coolant to where it is below the level of the upper radiator hose, of course while the engine is cold before starting the above procedure. There are two bleeders, one on the thermostat housing and one by the transfer tube of the water pump. Good luck!

BTW - A flush is not required for thermostat change unless you happen to see Dexcool sludge in the process.
