A question...

Just out of curiousity:

When you go to the court for traffic violation, what is the time frame for paying off the fines? And also, how much is the subcharge for the traffic court? Thanks!

If you can't maintain to pay your fine, or even if you pay partial of your fines, does it double or will they implement some kind of a "late fee" adjustment to it?

Thanks

i believe, at in MN, that if your late paying they add like $25 bucks or something like that onto the ticket. Not to mention if you get pulled over after the exp. to pay it you could have warrents out and possibly get arrested. (happend to a friend)

It's different in every state, even every town, so that's a pretty tough question to answer.
