anyone here know how to get flames to shoot from the tail pipe, without messing anything up?

Yeah...buy a kit to do it and have a carbuerated car.

There are kits you can buy for FI cars, but they are not cheap and will do more harm than good.

Make your car run extremly rich and bounce it off the rev limter a few times.. If your lucky, when its dark it well have a nice back fire. Oh and yes, this will harm your car.

I've seen a Supra here at the Street Fights (Bristol Dragway) last year spit flames on the burnout, of course it was turbo-ed and runnin' low times, it was a sight!

It's not the smartest thing to do. You have to have completely flow through exhaust. I have seen it on a few classic cars. It looks nice on them. As far a a cavalier having flames, i'd hit the person who ever try it
