Parts swap?

I was wondering what parts will swap over, I hav a 88 XJ 4.0 auto 4x4. Looking to buy an 91 Wrangler with the 4.0 5speed 4x4 with a bad engine, want to swap engines and possible drive axles. is this do-able. Also thinking of installing the AW4 tranny instead of the manual. Actaually, Can I install the complete drivetrain (engine, tranny, T-case) from the 88 Xj into the 91 wrangler if I get the driveshafts made to mate up to the new driveline?
