Leaks!!! HELP!!!

Hello, i own a 87 VW GTI, and i have a problem with leaks. I have identified the leak origin, but i don't Know what to do next to stop it. I post some images, tell me what do you think.

Here is the leak.

and in the other side of the transmission case, the bolts of the other CJ JOINT??? are loose.

Are you sure the bolts on the cv joint where the leak is arn't loose aswell otherwise you will need to have the boot replaced you could do it yourself but I normally take this to a cv centre to have it fixed also the loose bolts you can just tighten them up you will need either a allen key or a Torx driver not sure which one your car uses. Are you sure about the origin af your leak though?

I really think is coming form there, i don't know if the CV Joints have oil on it, or anything, i thighten the bolts already with a allen key, but i don't know if i take the joints out, will i lose my alignment? what do you Think??

The cv joint has grease in it which is why I asked if you are sure about the origin of you leak. You can losen the inner cv's without messing up your alignment as long as you dont touch the bolts on the shocks etc. I normally find that it is easier to remove the wheel and then the retaining nut in the front hub and after removing the bolts on the inner cv remove the whole drive shaft. believe me it is easier to work on a bench than under the car ( but again make shure about the origin of your leak before you spend alot of time for nothing )

well, you have a point there, there is a leak, but i don't think is grease, it more looks like gear fluid. I just couldn't comprehend why is leaking from there, since it looks like if the bolts are loose the gear fuid may leak, but if i understand the cv joint is more like a bearing....

Maybe is not the cv joint, but the gear leak is coming from the transmission.... What can i do?

I would wash the whole enjin and gearbox with a good degreaser as to get rid of any dirt and from there keep an eye on it to see where the leak comes from.You would be surprised how far oil can travel under a car. I had a MK1 GTI which seemed to have a leak on the diff and in the end it was the oil cooler that had a leaking seal. I would personally look at the seal on the diff where the shaft exits to see if that doesn't leak.

i do believe the leak is coming form the diff, so i guess the best to do is get the seals???? or something else would i need?

I'm not sure how those seals come out or what is the best way to remove them. I believe veedubmechanic is the person to ask in this situation if he can't help you let me know I'll ask my father how its done and let you know.
