No Spark Help!!

Well, i just took that disqusting F'er out of my prelude and put in a nice JDMH22A. too bad it doesnt start. i was thinking because i had to use my old harness that's wired for an engine with an external coil and the h22 has an internal coil that this might be the reason. but it has the right computer in it. any ideas?? does anyone know what fuses i should check and where they are? thank you
