Swap a 3.2L V6 for a diesel?

Has anyone ever swapped a diesel engine for a 3.2L V6? I'v got a 1994 Rodeo and am curious to see if someone has done this and/or knows that it can be done? I'm told factory diesel engines are available from european models, maybe also available in Canada?

never heard of anyone doing it. But if you have lots of money I'm sure it is possible.
