Hey guys,
I need to bring a car out to school this year in Denver, CO and am wondering what some good SUVs might be for a college kid. My current xterra is only 2WD and won't handle the burly CO winters when I go snowboarding, which is my main concern. It needs to be big enough to hold 5 college kids and gear relatively comforatbly... gas mileage would probably be factor #2 followed by performance. My budget is anywhere between 15~23k. I've been looking into 2001 Chevy Tahoes, but would like to broaden my search.
Thanks!

Grand Cherokee
Chevy Trailblazer/GMC Envoy/Isuzu Ascender (Ascenders are AWESOME deals and are exactly the same as the Trailblazer and Envoy)
Tahoe 4x4's get disgusting gas mileage, stay away from Full-Size SUV's with your budget
