knocking sound after intake gasket replacement

I just replaced intake and supercharger gaskets and after starting car
it makes a loud knocking noise.I cleaned the gasket surface with spray intake cleaner could that hurt anything in the plenum area?. I changed oil right after repair. If anyone knows anything about this problem please help

How many miles on on your GTP? Could just be coincidental with the gasket swapout but it could be the tensioner, SC nose drive, or even the belt. Have you pinpointed exactly where the knocking sound is?

Car has 102,000 miles on it service engine light came on checked engine had intake leak at cyl #3 right in front could hear whistle sound under hood so I replaced gaskets started it up could hear knocking right away shut off and checked oil it was over full thought it was from cleaning gasket surface with spray intake throttle body fluid drained and refilled with oil removed sc belt started still knocking shut off checked oil looked foamy drained and came out like butterscotch foam oilfilter was just full of tan foam poured in glass container and it never separated how fast can bearing damage occur could the lifters just be collapsed from foamy oil or has severe damage already occured
