Factory Radio Pre Outs

Before I try pulling out the factory radio to investigate, does the factory radio have Preout's for an amp?

and does it have an auxilary input?

I personally have not pulled out my Delco CD player but I dont think they have outputs or inputs... Check out these links. If you know what you're looking for you might be able to find some a little cheaper.

It doesn't have either. You'll have to add an after market RCA Line Adapter, and that'll just get you the line-outs for the amp. I got one off of eBay for under $20 with s/h. You've got to splice into the factory wiring, but if you can soldier, its no big deal.

I just up and decided to pull the aftermarket out and put the factory back in.

The Factory CD Player does not have any inputs that I could use. No RCA no Mini-Din. You can buy an adapter for $59 US or just pickup yourself an FM Modulator that plugs into your cigarette lighter for $25 US.
That's what I bought and it works great for my Laptop, palm, memory stick...

Don't get me wrong I'd still like an after market stereo but, I'm not in a big hurry for it....

Man, what I really want is an MP3 deck that fits the din and a half opening. Maybe a single din unit with one of those half din equalizers would do me...

I want a double DIN that plays DVD and MP3... I'd like to get a screen mounted in the visor. That shit is expensive!
