Okay I was like at http://www.diamondstarmotorsport.com/fuelparts.shtml and i was wondering if you guys can tell me exactly what i need besides the aeromotive fpr and a gauge. Im sorry for the inconvenience, but im really clueless about delivery no matter how many times ive read Kevin's posts. So maybe you guys can baby me and just pick out what i need :icon16: . I already have my 255 pump, rewire kit and waiting to install.

In the middle of that page, see Fuel Pressure Regulator Install Kit. Looking at the pic, I see everything, except maybe a hose barb to connect to your hard return line at the firewall. Maybe thats what the extra straight fitting is for? It should come with instructions, take a read through and see if it all makes sense. If there are no instructions, and I'm in a really good mood, I might put something together for you :D

Thanks Kevin. yeah id you get in the mood hook it up because i really need it.
So just to clarify, I dont need the fuel rail adapter, 6 fuel inlet line kit?

All i will need is the fpr, gauge, and the install kit?

Thanks again!

The fuel rail adapter comes with that install kit, so dont buy that seperately, if that is what you are asking. The reg, guage, and install kit should be all you need. THe only thing that I dont see is a hose barb for the return line, but they seem to have some other solution for that since I see "extra" parts ;) Check the directions when it comes in. If there are none, I'll explan how it all goes together. Or anyone else that has experience with this. but the short version, rail end adapter > hose end (90) > hose > hose end > oring fiting > reg. The other port on the reg gets blocked with the plug you see there. The return seems like its meant to get a oring fitting, then a straight hose end, then some hose, that will get clamped on the hard return line at the firewall. What I usually ues is a oring fitting, to a hose barb, then some rubber line to the return line. two ways to achieve the same end.

hey just so you know those prices are a bit high. Check out www.extremepsi.com , prices are about 20-30 less than what you're paying there, and they have free shipping on any order more than 75 bucks!

Yea i was actually going to buy the Fpr used for liuke a $100 and then the install kit from there, but then i found a pretty sweet deal....

Kevin See if you think i should get this package and if you think if this is a good deal. Its the first one thats for $219 http://www.fuelinjectorclinic.com/cart/fuel_p_regulator_kits.htm

The only concern i have is that gauge and if its everything i need (from what i see it has pretty much everything in the other install kit), do you think its cheap and flimsy or am i going to have to get a B&M gauge to replace it? If you give me the okay im gonna get it. Thanks a lot once again!

Not sure if its a good deal or not, doesnt seem bad. Looks like everything is there at least. The B&M guages are the absolute worst I have every used. Many of them are off by 5-10 psi. I hate those POSs. I use a summit liquid filled guage, been reliable so far. The one they give you in that kit is probably fine.
