These cops are out of control!!!!

OK this is what happend, I just got my car out of the shop and me and my friend where going to wash it. my friend has a suzuki street bike and he followed me to the place. we turn at a traffic light and get pulled over by a township cop. cop said he was gonna get us for racing. WE WERE NOT RACING THO.my friend on the bike was in the same lane driving behind me! the worst part of all this was that this same cop pulled me over 3 months ago for running a red light, but i won that ticket in court. The cop also said we could both lose our liscenses. do you guys think i should try to fight this ticket in court and what are the actual chances of me winning?

Definately fight that shit. The cop sounds like a complete douche bag. Make sure and note to the court that he was driving directly behind you, and ask what the cop clocked you at while you were *racing*. I would say your chances of talking your way out of it are pretty good, as long as you don't say anything stupid and what your telling us is the truth. Also, ask the court why the cop thought you were street racing, chances are he won't be able to come up with anything worth pulling you over for.

SO you guys were into the same lane and he get you guys for "have the potential" to street race. Where I come from that doesn't even fly as a pull over. That cop was dumb. Bike vs Car Hmmmmmm. Go to court and ask what made him think that you guy were going to race. What made him think that all the other cars behind each other weren't going to race? Do like the user above posted. Ask him why he thought you were street racing and chances are he will no longer have a ball to run with. (fumble)

And whose stupid enough to try to race a bike, no matter what kind of car you have, your gonna lose especially in an eclipse/talon/laser
