A/C clutch rattles

I did some offroad riding with my 2001 4x4 Sonoma last week and after this, the A/C compressor clutch began to make a loud rattle when engaging. It does not make this sound all the time when it engages, but it does about 80% of the time. What could do that be, a bearing, a strap?
