Starting and Smoking Problems

Hey I have a 91 F250 w/ a 7.3L Reman. engine.
It's having a really bad problem with starting and when it does start it smokes really bad, the warmer it gets the more black smoke pours out the back. everyone i broght it to says something different, i can't seem to figure it out.
