My Racing Career?

Well i am a 15 year-old live in pakistan and have a passion for racing.
We have a go-karting track over here which pretty much shows my talent , i beat all my friends 95% of the time
i needed some advice on where to start from, i wanna be in something like formula 1(well formula 1 is too high class) but something like it you guys know more well some of you do, and i know i have it in me and am confident :evillol:

I wish I could get into carting. Unfortunately I have too many other things vying for my money.

they cost $15 per person for an race lasting 30 mins
it take on average 48 sec to get round the track my best yet is 44 something

it's WAY more expensive here. I would have to sign up for a long weekend thing that costs ~$300US. If I wanted to buy a cart of my own it would be $4k-6k and then whatever for trackdays.
This is, of course, for the pro carting stuff. Crappier recreational carting tracks suck (slow carts that don't handle and small tracks) but are a lot cheaper.

no these are semi-pro ones these go upto 60mph pro ones go upto a 100 but then again for pro you have to be 18 here and this is the best i can get at the age of 15

just take a powerful chain saw motor and put some wheels, a chain, and a steering wheel and some pedals on it :p

Are there any racing/car clubs there in Pakistan? Theres a club here in America called SCCA (Sports Car Club of America). They hold amateur racing events regularly. Clubs/Events are a good way to get your name out there.

pretty soon we goona have a tournoment at go-karting....maybe ill have a chance of a good position in it......we dont have car clubs here (only illegal ones)

we have a A1 GP driver from pakistan........maybe after this season of A1 pakistan would indulge more into this stuff

NICE! i luv karting and i am actually about to go into rotax as a beginner thing, then as i progress i get into 125cc shifter karts, i dunno about your tracks but the local track here always has scouts looking to pick up the next best racer for their race car, so here its just kind of get lucky, and impress them if they're here.

just keep drivin, kid. Betcha pros might have a few circuits, but I don't know about formula style racing outside of the US. Maybe Europe... Try a locale change.

im in park city utah, im not nearly good enough and dont really plan on having any career in racing if thats what you mean, i just plan on doing a bunch of autox and club racing as i get older, the local track here is blackrock raceway btw.
