I have a 2001 honda accord ex 4cyl at. So far I have put a DC sport Ram air intake, megan headers and a ractive exhaust. What else can I do to squeeze some more horses out of this baby?

You could get some new pulleys from Unorthodox racing. Supercharger, and start taking out extra stuff you don't need on the interior.

Theres a billion and a half things you can do...but first you should sit down and decide your goals and how much you are willing to drop into the car.
You could go the forced induction route...ie turbo/supercharger. But chances are when all is said and done that will cost you $2-4 grand.
If handling is important, you could drop the car with springs or shocks. You could get new sway bars and/or strut bars.
You could go for weight savings, getting lighter aftermarket rims, a carbon fiber hood, etc.
You could upgrade your brakes for better stopping. Rotors, calipers, pads, SS lines, better fluid...etc
You could take it to a dyno and get it tuned properly to squeeze out any untaped potential.
You could swap in a new engine, or build up the one you have with higher compression pistons, rods, etc.
You could get a new camshaft.
Like I said, there are a billion and a half routes to go. You need to decide how much you are willing to spend, what is important to you, and what your goals are. Then start doing research and decide what is best for you. Because a question like this is simply too broad for us to give you a helpful answer.

I know this is going to sound like an idiotic question but even though I have an automatic transmission can I still upgrade my flywheel to a performance one?

i have an auto too, i believe u can upgrade the torque converter but not sure if there's anything else you can do with the auto - i'd really like to know because i like auto transmissions and i want more hp but i'm afraid of killing the tranny
