repainting door trim

Hey ya'll
Im going to repaint my door trim its all chiped up anywas its a 4door gt the ones that run straight up and down at the bck of the front door and front of back dont know what there called lol. I took the 2 screws out of the inside of the door but it still wont come off . Is there clips holding it on ? cant figure it out afraid if i pull to hard gonna tear it up. thanks
