Electrical Issue

My spouse called me yesterday on the road with following symptoms on the 96 Caravan: ABS and Air Bag light on, directionals and radio not functioning, car otherwise operating normally. She turned the car off and then on again and symptoms resolved. I checked the battery terminal and battery cable voltage with and without load (lights on). There was no difference between the terminal and cable. Any thoughts to explain symptoms?

Clean the posts and cables for the battery before you move on.
