get your valves realigned it costs under 80 bucks or if you dont want to pay to have this done buy some Lucas Oil and put it in when changing your oil. It may quite it a small bit. Ur power steering should be fine unless its hard to turn, if it's hard to turn then get a new power steering pump or check your fluid,

Or.... rather than mask the problem, you could pay the $80 to have your valves adjusted for you.

If you would rather, get out your 10mm socket, a flat head screwdriver, and a socket to turn the crank. Go buy some feeler guages for under $10 and adjust them yourself. I'm not sure what the spec is for your motor, but I'm sure that somebody here does, or you could look it up in a manual. The whole process from popping the hood to shutting it again should take you less than 45 minutes.
