'94 4 Cyl. Very slow, need speed

As you guys would know its incredibly slow, what can i do to help this. Also, its only getting 20 mpg, im guessing thats not very good. How do i improve these 2 things? Its auto trans btw.

Just gonna be slow dude. Not alot you can do. 20mpg you should be able to get 25 or so w/ the auto trans i dunno for sure. i run 30/32 on my manual trans. Just make sure your maintainance is up to date.
