K & N FIPK

Has anyone istalled a K & N FIPK on their ram? I have a 97 Ram 1500 5.9L and I've been looking to install one but I want it to have a fairly decent performance effect at the least. Is it worth the $220 or is it more for bragging rights that you have it?
