Just called the dealer to check on the squeeking A/C belt repair on my '02 HD. A couple weeks ago I posted asking if anyone had a fix. The tensioner seemed ok, but the belt squeeled when the A/C was turned on unless I let off the gas to let it catch up.
They put a new compressor on it as they said there is a bulletin. The compressor causes the belt to hop around and it can't get a good grip on the clutch (?) Good thing I heard it on the test drive with the salesman...they are paying for it.
