I currently have a '94 YJ with 4in. of total lift. (2in. suspension, 2 body) Im looking to get rid of the body lift and install a larger suspension lift. However, I want to switch to a coil suspension system. Anybody have any experience with what the gains on my offroading capabilites/ street ride would be? And does anybody have a good idea on who makes a good & fairly cheap, conversion for this? While im at it, does anybody (besides a dealership) sell the shorter bolts designed for the stock jeep so that I can get rid of the useless body lift I have?

On the coils vs leaf spring issue, there's a post somewher in here (sorry couldn't find it) but two stock Wranglers, one leaf, one coil, went wheeling. The coil spring setup did better the entire time.

You should be able to use good quality bolts when you remove the body lift, maybe look at one at the dealer and find similar quality/strength at the hardware store.
