Well folks.... I sold my camaro and bought a 1970 Old's Cutlass... I figured maybe someone would be able to help me here.... This is the second time it's happened. I bent the pushrods, this time only two are bad... Everything is apart, I JUST CANT GET THE DAMN RODS OUT!!! Any tricks anyone knows of? I've tried bending them every which way, just hoping for some input... It's a rocket 350 bored .30 over... The guy put a cam in, but he's got so many parts, it's just a random cam. So my next step is to put in some havy valve springs to help this from happening... Thank you

Doesn't the olds rocket 350 have a non adjustable valve train? If so, and he put in an aftermarket cam..there's your bent push rods.
As far as getting them out....10" vice grips clamped on the push rod as hard as you can, then using a hammer, beat on the vice grips from the under side as close to the jaws as you can.

heavier valve springs will cause the problem to worsen, not get better. What you will have to do is measure the length of the distance from your lifter cup to the rocker arm. they sell adjustable pushrods for this purpose, and then order a set of custom pushrods made to that spec.
