leaking TONS of oil

Alright folks, heres the deal. I'm driving a 91 Caprice 5.7L. I just recently removed an old cat from my exhaust and im running downpipes to a 40-series flowmaster (sounds f-in mighty btw) and nothing more. Car runs and performs with par excellence and sounds damn good doing so.
THE PROBLEM IS: Since i've done this to my exhaust system I have oil spitting out of my filler cap, pcv valves and possibly valve cover gaskets and passed the dipstick housing as well. I am honestly spewing oil out of the engine. On the freeway or driving down the street i can see plumes of smoke in my rear view mirrors from it burning off the exhaust manifolds. (i am careful to keep the oil level within spec. and i have ceased driving the car until i figure out what the hells goin on)
I'm thinking this must be a result of too much crankcase pressure? But I really have no clue. I replaced head gaskets (and every gasket above the heads also) less than 10 thousand miles ago.
PS - I am certain that I am NOT burning the oil but losing it somewhere through a gasket or other sealed junction.
Any ideas about the terror im experiencing? Thanks a lot for your input.
Matt

I'd say there is alot of crankcase pressure there. Can you start the thing up and let it run and remove the PCV valve? Wait you said valves... There should be only one. Is it working? Pull it out and see if you get a vacuum pulling on it by sticking your thumb over it. If not check that tube that runs to the TBI for blockage. After that remove the TBI unit and check it for blockage of that PCV port.
