Taka Kaira ?

I was wondering if anyone has ever done business with www.takakaira.com (http://www.takakaira.com) . They have some pretty good deals and some hard to find JDM stuff but are they a safe place to order from?

Here in Germany I know quite a lot of people ordering there.
