Power Seats

I was just wondering if anyone has any problems with their power seats. I can move the seat forward, back and tilt it, but for the back rest it doesn't move back or forth so I'm stuck sitting stick straight up? The motor for the button still makes noise but nothing moves. Anyone have any idea what this problem is?
