fuel injectors not working

the number 2 and 3 injectors are not getting any reference voltage from the ecm. this is a 1998 dakota with a four cylinder and a five speed
How do i check the fault codes without a scanner.

Sorry guy, youll need a scanner for the OBD-II computer, you can try the old chrysler trick though, within 5 seconds, without starting, turn key on-off-on-off-on to access codes on Pre-OBD-II
