those little spiral blades you put in your engine that promises to increase hp and mpg?? do those things really work? is it forced induction, isn't it? would these be more efficient than a turbocharger? for example the "turbonator" that sells for only $70 and claims to increase your hp by 35 and increase mpg by 31%, isn't this a kind of supercharger? what are the drawbacks becuz i noticed not a lot of ppls are using it, tyvm

we have had many threads about this and the general consensus is that thay dont work. they dont move or turn in any way. they just sit in your intake and make the air spiral (supposedly). it is not forced induction at all.

look up electrical supercharger, electrical turbocharger, electric forced induction, etc. you'll mind a plethora (don't know if it's spelled right but i've wanted to use that word for a while) of threads on the supject, the consensus is that they can't compress air because it's just a fan not a compressor plus any hp they would make is robbed with the extra load on the alternator. dont waste you money, if you want forced induction, got turbo, super, or nitrous (but make sure you intall them properly or bye bye engine)
