1999 323i Weird Noise / Shaking Steering Wheel

Hey guys -

First, weird noise - car makes a shriek noise while I drive, most prominent right after I start it up. Only makes it as I drive, not in park/neutral. Started happening right after front brakes got fixed a few months ago. Sounds like its coming from the front right wheel. Dealership told me I had a power steering leak and would hear a noise as the fluid got lower. Could this be the cause of the noise? Could it be possible that the break pad is hitting the wheel since it is loose? The noise really only happens when I accelerate, not when I glide. Usually goes away fairly quickly, has been hanging around longer the past few weeks, but one stomp on the brake pedal usually will solve it.

Second, my steering wheel shakes at irregular intervals. Dealer told me I needed new arms and bushings a few months back. Seems kinda odd for a car with 43,000 miles on it. Is this the reason for the shaking? Doesn't happen all the time, kinda odd...

Does it shake when braking at high speeds?

sound gone, steering wheel fine!

my 1988 325i did the same thing i went to the tire shop and the guy put the front tires on th balancer and i had to broken belts on the tire i seen it with my own eyes or it cool be a wheel bearing or a tie rod
