I apparently have a bad PCM. No voltage pulses to the fuel injectors, just steady voltage slightly below battery voltage. It is the same for all injectors. Question....is the PCM replacement a straight old out / new in trade or is there set-up procedures required?

pcm is easy to replace but need dealer scanner to progarm or the parts
department have a box that they can program pcm for you if you purchase part from them.
pc pcm is coverd from factory 8years 80000 miles.
can you get any codes from the sys try that before replace parts.
