That's a lot of TV!

According to my television, in the last 5 years my family has watched 5338 hours of TV. How much TV do you watch?

How the hell can you determine that? I can't do that on my tv....i dont think?

yeah, the average daily view is around 2-3 hours.

My T.V is on like 9 hours a day, but we only watch a few shit. I watch like, the news when I can, futurama, family guy, and who's line is it anyway when I can, that's about it.

I'd hate to see what ours is it's on from 6 in the morning until atleast 11 at night every single day.

That's not bad at all. On a school night, my TV doesn't come on until around 10, when I start my routine of simpsons, malcolm, seinfeld, conan, then from 12.30 - 1.00 nothing really, then futurama and if I can stay up for it, family guy.

Between all of that I'm sometimes on the computer or reading or something else. I can't just sit down and watch TV, gets far too boring.

There's only 3 shows on t.v. that i watch, Family Guy and The Simpsons on sundays. And late at night once a week i watch Will and Grace. So i only watch about an hour and a half worth of t.v. a week.

Really, you have to take in to consideration that it's a pole or a guess really. I mean what about people without television? Not to mention since the PC became a household must, not many people leave it long enough to watch tv...

Same in my parents. One in the kitchen, living room, parents bedroom, parents bathroom, upstairs 'tv room'. Oddly I don't have one in my room there, never have and probably never will.

I watch maybe 1 hour per week and sometimes 3 per week when I have nothing to do. I'm usually home just for eating and sleeping, other then that I'm always out and about.

I used to watch so much tv, but now I'm on my computer all the time. The tv's usually on, but I only watch The Daily Show, because it's the best.

At my house we have 4 tv's. The only time they are shut off is between 4am-6am. It has been like this ever since i can remember so i wouldnt even want to imagine how many hrs ours is.
