is it hard to install tail lights?

my friend has a civic and her bro gave her some new tail lights, and i was just wondering if its hard to install taillights, can anyone maybe give me a quick rundown of whats involved in doing it?

Take out/unscrew the bulb housing and unscrew 3-4 bolts.
Light pops out, pop the new one in..No science involved here.
